I've always wished that books had ratings like movies do. Here are my ratings for the books I'm reading.

Reading and Blogging For Darfur
I've been blogging now for around 10 months and it has been an empowering thing for me. It's been such an interesting experience having a "voice" to share my thoughts with so many people. I have met some really wonderful people through blogging and one in particular is using her "voice" to make a difference. Natasha at Mawbooks is doing a huge campaign on her blog during the month of September to raise money for those suffering from the war and genocide going on in Darfur. She will be donating 10 cents for every comment posted on her blog this month, 25 cents for any post that points to her campaign (like this one), and $1 for every review of a book about Darfur that is posted. She is also looking for sponsors to donate to this cause (there are more details here). She also has been collecting prizes from publishers and others that she will be giving away at the end of the month for those who participate. I will be doing what I can this month to help and I hope you will consider it too. She's very sincere and it is a really good cause.
